How does the Knotbox work? 

We’ve made it simple to celebrate your day in style! Choose your theme, date, and desired delivery window. We’ll confirm all the details with you and deliver your box to your doorstep on your chosen date, along with instructions for set-up and take-down. We’ll pop by the following day to pick everything up. 

How many people is the Knotbox for?

Each box can be customized for 2 - 10 people. 

 

Have a slightly larger group? Give us a shout! We’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate your group size. 

Can I make additions or substitutions?

Yes! As part of the booking process, you will be provided with an order form to select your desired food and beverage options. Substitutions can be arranged upon request, subject to an additional fee. 

 

Additional florals, food, or beverages can easily be added to your package. Just ask! 

How far in advance do I need to order?

Order as far in advance as you like! A minimum of one week’s notice is required.

What do I need to return? 

Packing and return instructions are provided with each box. All tableware and decor items, with the exception of candles, are to be returned. Florals and any leftovers are yours to keep! 

What is the cancellation policy?

A $175 non-refundable initial payment is required to secure your box. Final payment is required one week prior to your delivery date. Any cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel up to one week prior to your delivery date for a full refund, less the initial payment.

What happens if something breaks or goes missing?

A credit card is required to secure your booking. In the event that any items are damaged or missing, you will be charged to cover the replacement cost. You will be notified of the replacement cost prior to the transaction.

Where do you deliver? 

There is no fee for deliveries within Abbotsford, Chilliwack, or Mission. Deliveries outside of these areas are subject to a delivery fee. 

Do I need to be home for delivery and pick up? 

Yes, we require someone to be at your residence for delivery. For pick up, as long as the items are safely secured and easily accessible, you do not need to be home. 

 

Although the box will be delivered to your home, it is easily transportable and can accompany you to your chosen celebration location!
