Whether you’re in need of assistance bringing the overall design component of your event to life or just looking for a little help with day-of execution, we’ve got you covered! All of our design services are fully customizable and can be tailored to meet your individual needs. 


set-up + take-down

Our set-up and take-down services are designed for the client who already has a complete vision for their wedding or event, but is looking for assistance with set-up and/or take-down of their decor elements.

Our starting investment includes a Decor Lead and a Decor Assistant for two hours (plus travel within the Lower Mainland). Final pricing is dependant on the scale of your event, timing, the venue, and the number of team members required to execute your vision. Late night fees are in effect as of 11:00pm.

design + execution

Our design + execution services are designed to help you streamline your wedding or event vision into an actionable plan. We'll guide you through the entire decor planning process, source all of your decor, design your floor plan and installation instructions, and connect with your florist or additional decor providers.


On event day, we'll be on-site to execute set-up and take-down, ensuring you can enjoy every moment of your day without having to worry about the details! 

Starting Investment: $3000 + GST
